1 can chickpeas 1 cup tomatoes diced or 1 small container of grape tomatoes (tomatoes cut in half) 1 small onion diced 1 cucumber sliced 1/4 cup sliced black olives 1/2 cup feta cheese 2 cups of crushed nacho cheese tortilla chips or corn chips 1/2 cup Grandma Luckey's Lemon Herb Dressing
DIRECTIONS:
1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2) Toss in Grandma Luckey's Lemon Herb Dressing. 3) Salt & Pepper to taste 4) Chill for 2 hours 5) Serve.
